Homemade Tomato & Basil Soup, served with crusty bread roll and dairy butter (V) (can be Vegan, can be GF) - OR -
Lancashire Cheese & Onion Tart, onion flavours, watercress salad and homemade chutney (V)
Main Course
Pan Roasted Chicken Breast, wrapped in home-cured pancetta, potato terrine, seasonal vegetables, creamed shallot & thyme sauce (can be GF)
Grilled Vegetable Wellington, thyme roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, vine tomato & herb sauce (V) (similar GF / Vegan alternative would be provided)
Dessert
Berry Pavlova, meringue, chantilly cream, vanilla ice cream, berry compote (V)
