Dinner Menu

Starter

Homemade Tomato & Basil Soup, served with crusty bread roll and dairy butter (V) (can be Vegan, can be GF)   – OR – 

Chicken & Pistachio Terrine, heritage beetroot, endives

Main Course

Slow cooked Blade Steak, chive mash potato, cep & truffle dumpling, roasted root vegetables, rich bourguignon sauce  (can be GF) – OR – 

Mushroom and Ricotta Cheese Parcel, thyme roasted potato, seasonal vegetables, sweet yellow pepper sauce (V) (similar GF alternative would be provided)

Dessert

Glazed Lemon Tart, clotted cream, berry coulis
