Important Information about the Awards Evening

1. The date of the awards is Thursday 11 July 2024
2. Our venue is the Fence Gate, there’s plenty of parking around the hotel and you’re welcome to leave your car and collect the following morning
3. The evening is black tie, dust off your tuxedo or very best suit Gents, and Ladies your favourite evening or cocktail dress, we’ll be celebrating in style!
4. Ceremony / arrival access is through the doors to the left of the main door, round the left hand side of the hotel
5. Arrival is strictly from 6pm onwards – the doors and bar will open then
6. There will be a Sparkling Reception so do pick up a celebratory glass of fizz (or orange juice) when you arrive
7. We’ll sit down from 7pm and dinner will be served from 7.15pm, there will be entertainment during dinner
8. The award presentations will commence around 9pm
9. The presentations will finish by around 10.30pm
10. The bar will remain open until 11pm, carriages will be at 11.30pm

Seating Plan

1. The Seating Plan will be created by Thursday 4 July so you’ll know which table you will be on at PBA24, we will circulate this in an update email to everyone – you will be able to view who’s on which table at this link from 4 July (link coming soon)
2. Tables seat 10 people so you will likely be sharing with other local businesses, it’s a great chance to network and meet fantastic new business friends
3. Seats on tables will not be reserved, we ask that you sit next to whoever is already seated (leaving a space for any of their guests who haven’t arrived yet) so all parties can sit together, thank you
4. Paper tickets are not issued, once bookings are made places are secured

Lancashire Cheese & Onion Tart, watercress salad and homemade chutney

Pan Roasted Chicken Breast, wrapped in home-cured pancetta, potato terrine, seasonal vegetables, creamed shallot & thyme sauce OR

Grilled Vegetable Wellington, thyme roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, vine tomato & herb sauce (V / Vegan)

Berry Pavlova, tonka bean chantilly, citrus meringue, raspberry coulis

Sponsorships come with 2 x ceremony places. Do ensure you have any dietary requirements to hand before filling in the booking form below. This will contain a link to provide amended information if necessary. If you are not yet sure who will be accompanying you please provide a best guess at dietary requirements and update us as soon as you know.

Half Page Advert – Sponsorships also come with a half page A5 advert* which should be 94mm high x 131mm wide (landscape orientation) and high resolution at 300dpi. This can be a PDF or a PNG/JPG. Please note that we require this by Tuesday 25 June at the latest, thank you.
